Pros
I have worked for STA Group for over 3 years. The company has a great location (Union station building) , great work life balance with WFH on Fridays, great medical benefits, generous bonus and very talented peers. They also encourage people to pick new technologies and present at conferences.
Cons
They have only one major client which provides more than 80% of the revenues. They are trying to expand their portfolio of clients but the process is very slow in adding new clients.
