Pros
It is all about getting an opportunity when you really need it and this company has given me that opportunity. I have worked for years and had to change job for different reasons and I am very unhappy right now where I am working. ST has diversified in multiples businesses in tech and I have seen they are very successful. I am in still contact and looking to join back in a different role. I just like the management and they are good people.
Cons
One thing goes without saying is Sales and Recruitment is weak. Unfortunately Management has to work hard on Sales themseleves for all the STL companies, they have performance indicators for each employee but management is too easy on it, for god sake you will not get results, I have reminded them so many times. Stop being nice, it's business.
