      Pros

      Highest level of support from the Leadership team and constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and we are encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. My opportunities feel endless here, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner.

      Cons

      You will go through its changes, but this isn't really a con. Changes teach us to be resilient and adaptable - both invaluable traits to learn in the workplace.

      Pros

      Nothing that great. Just an ordinary small company.

      Cons

      My interview was very straight forward. Got the job very easily. I am entry level Engineer but was placed with a client as a senior engineer. No help from management. You are on your own. As long as you get them their commission, you are on their good side. If not you get fired. Same complaint from all other Engineers. Not a great place to work. Beware of false propoganda and force to place good reviews.
