Extremely Disappointed - Anonymous employee STN Digital Employee Review

It’s very cliquey. You quickly see who is favored and if you aren’t in that group it can be very isolating. Most of my time at STN I felt “othered”. It was very disappointing because the reason I took a pay-cut to join STN was due to their stance on work place culture and mental health. To this day I feel foolish because my mental health and confidence suffered greatly during my short time at STN. On paper or if you look at their social media accounts it seems great but in reality the workload with the lack of pay and the high school dynamics among co-workers and leadership it’s not worth it. There’s more I want to say, but I’ll end with this, there’s a reason there’s a lot of turnover.
