      Because is s small company the ability for advancement is limited

      Pros

      Sto has a great culture. The company cares about people and gives them a real chance to voice their opinions about how to help grow the company. Sto gives people freedom and support to really become experts in their fields.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities are limited. Compensation is a big problem. I have spoken to head hunters who have actually laughed when they hear what my base salary is. It is very easy to find the same job at a different company and earn about $20 - $30K more annually.
