      No good reasons since new MD appointees few years ago

      Cons

      New leadership team in the UK have ruined this company. Head office in Germany have no idea how damaging these 2 are.

      Pros

      Employees work hard but mostly out of fear. Negative atmosphere behind the scenes that is only apparent when management is not around. Common behavior in a culture of fear.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Competing hidden agendas. Highly political. Results tracking below market in rapidly growing industry. A lot of management, but zero leadership. Huge favoritism to specific selected employees that do what they are told.
