Huge amount of nepotism. Lack of career path. Department managers are handcuffed by upper management. "YES' people are highly valued. Quality, educated, experienced opinions are not welcomed. Unqualified people are promoted and given high profile roles. Benefits are very costly. PTO is lacking especially for more experienced new hires. Raises/bonuses are rare even for high performers. Even salaried staff has to clock in each day. When you leave, they don't pay out PTO you have earned if you are in a state that does not require it - opposite of what most companies do.
