      Pros

      Free snacks and drinks in the kitchen, on site employee gym, and free lunch every other Wednesday. The Campaign for Change community outreach program is great. Most of the people in the office are hard workers. The CEO cares about his company and his employees.

      Cons

      Don't work in the IT department. The CIO and his top manager have fostered a toxic environment of backstabbing, missed deadlines, and broken promises. If the CIO tells you anything, get it in writing or he might conveniently "not recall" having the conversation. Watch out for carrot dangling and non-committal language. Someone needs to buy an "HR For Dummies" book for the head of HR. The benefits package is expensive and leaves a lot to be desired. Salaried employees are expected to clock in and out on a rigid schedule. They do not allow work from home, except the extra work you will be expected to do on nights and weekends.

      The best company to work for!

      Pros

      STRIKE by far has been the best company I've worked for. Their employees were wonderful and so helpful. The company truly treats the staff and made me feel appreciated. I wish I could have stayed and grow with the company.

      Cons

      There is no downside working with the company. I only left the company because I lived too far and couldn't make the drive anymore but I knew there would be a drive when I applied for the position.

      Used to be a great place to work

      Pros

      Free lunches, education opportunities, beautiful office location.

      Cons

      IT department went downhill after new CIO hired, lots of backbiting and competition encouraged instead of building a team. Poor leadership. Bad HR, does not keep confidential information confidential. Lay offs destroyed what little positive remained.
