A more diverse workforce is a priority of our talent acquisition strategy. SUSE also recognizes that it’s not just about hiring people from a diverse talent pool; it’s also about developing and retaining employees when they join the company. This month SUSE appointed its first-ever corporate social responsibility manager to help drive our diversity and inclusion strategy, including our employee networks to promote LGBTQI+ and women. SUSE’s values are rooted in the ethos of open source and embrace that we are respectful and inclusive. I’d welcome a conversation to discuss the points you’ve raised. –SG
