Pros

Positive and fun culture with an inspirational CEO! An executive team that is approachable and cares for their people. The People & Culture Team have made an incredible impact on the employee experience and culture - the recent trainings have been fun and very useful. Town halls have really improved from prior years. Candidates should really consider applying/joining.

Cons

While some reviews may comment on the executive team turnover/new leaders joining within the last year - it was the right decision for the company and employees can see the difference. There is always opportunity to enhance benefits.

Pros

The company has a strong commitment to its people and culture. I’ve had the opportunity to work with talented, collaborative colleagues who genuinely care about doing great work. Leadership is passionate about the business, and there are opportunities to make an impact and contribute to meaningful initiatives. The environment can be fast paced, which allows for professional growth and learning.

Cons

At times, priorities can shift quickly, which may create challenges with workload balance and execution. Communication and alignment across teams can occasionally be improved to ensure clarity and efficiency. Like many growing organizations, processes are still evolving.

Pros

Welcoming teams and good people. Hybrid schedule

Cons

Unrealistic goals - limited resources. Low paying salaries Men paid 30% higher almost consistently in same roles. Lack of technical support or knowledge within the whole company. Horrible turnover Limited career growth opportunities. Merit raises are lower than inflation yearly Work life balance is talked about like it’s respected, but roles require overtime work 55+ hours a week minimum. Manual business practices and lack of knowledge or resources for automation. Poor communication between departments and teams. Inconsistent goals and strategies Lack of transparent communication from executive leadership. Poor feedback and career development processes. Positions consistently eliminated (recruiters will say no layoffs) Hard to have your voice heard unless a decision maker. Not great health benefits.
