Whilst the sewing industry may appear old fashioned - SVP Worldwide is looking forward. Innovative technology and ambitious growth plans. Strong new initiatives around 'mentoring' etc. show that the company is concentrating on building teams.

Its a traditional industry, but SVP Worldwide are innovating and growing the market. Fantastic consumer reputation and recognition.

Cons

Sewing machines is not a 'trendy' industry - but once inside you see the potential and the exciting developments.

Owned by PE, a lot of turn over at the executive leadership level. Jason (CEO) and Kyle (interim CFO) were brought in by PE in Dec 2022 and they lack leadership skills. They have a "I'm better than you" mentality, assume the workforce is incompetent, talk down to employees, make sarcastic/snarky comments that are disrespectful, no desire to really get to know the people, and made a return to the office mandate without any consideration for employees that were hired as remote. They think they can act like dictators, very disappointing.
