Working for Safari Micro puts one in an ideal scenario and sets one up for success. It is a fast paced environment, with a dynamic range of clients and projects, to always keep you on your toes. Management is stellar, giving free range to work both as a team and as an individual without micromanaging or intrusion. They constantly support and push for self improvement through training and certification opportunities. They also allow for flexibility in scheduling to address things as needed without worry. They promote a hybrid work environment but allow you to work in office or remotely as much as needed / desired. The culture is more like family and friends than strangers that coinhabit the same work place.
