Pros
The management has cultivated a work environment that allows for a healthy exchange of ideas where people from different departments can come together to come up with solutions to concerns, where the teams can fashion and implement processes that improve the quality of work and promote the efficient use of time. In Safari, I've encountered that ever elusive work-life balance. It's where you can put in good and fulfilling work without having to devote the entirety of your day only to working. It's also incredibly empowering to be able to have the option to learn other areas of the business. Kudos to the management for creating a great place and for putting together great people!
Cons
Working remotely felt like I wouldn't be able to mirror the same working relationship that I would have with people I physically work with but that has since changed with the annual events the organization has been putting together to gather everyone.
