Pros

Offices conveniently located; Cafeteria decent; Occasional free lunches and summer cookouts; seasonal decorated area competitions which were fun.

Cons

No possibility of promotion if you don't 'play the game'...they want you to treat your team like crap and have them cowering all of the time, then you MAY get an 'atta-boy', otherwise they ignore you, call you out in meetings or re-assign you to 'clean toilets' at the bottom of the barrel.

Pros

Work from home, pay is good and Supervisors I've had are great! Really worked with me on a schedule that fit with my needs! If your full-time you get benefits that include health insurance, life insurance, 401K with a 50 percent match, dental and vision insurance plus a yearly bonus!

Cons

Training doesn't prepare you for everything so it's a bit scary when your first working there! Upside is the seasoned employees (I'm one of them) will step up to the plate to assist in answering questions to make the transition easier. Selling wipers can be a hit or miss, that is part of the quota! There were a variety of health insurances to choose from it's been cut down to one which doesn't work for me!
