Pros
Generally, they try to set you up for success and has hands down been the best company at doing so that I have ever worked for. They provide you with not only a work vehicle, uniforms, and even most of the tools required to perform the job. Training is excellent, they take their time with it and really make sure you know how to do everything before you're on the road by yourself. Generally, the pay is good as well. Dealing with customers can be fun, most just want to chit chat or know more about the installation process.
Cons
This section may need to be taken with a grain of salt but by far my least favorite thing during my employment was the culture. this may of just been an issue with the shops in my area but there was a significant amount of hazing/competitiveness. If someone thought you were bad at your job, they let you know and would generally be unpleasant about it. The question was always "Who is the best?" and this wasn't only a problem with techs, management encouraged it. Numbers were everything, whether it be your daily job count or your customer rating. The pressure from all of that can really weigh down on you. The hours were a bit demanding as well. You were basically expected to work overtime. If you lived more than a couple miles from your shop, you have no work/life balance.
