Pros

Made the appearance they cared about their employees

Cons

Made the appearance they cared about their employees. They make you think you have opportunity with the company, but you are easily expendable. All of their Support Staff are treated horribly. They string you along, while you are thinking that you are just training for a higher position, when in reality they are having you do a higher paying job without paying you for it. The lack of supervisors is because they don't want to pay for it. They would rather overload work onto the Job Coaches they do have, and save a quarter million on salaries it would take to have adequate team sizes. That is interpreted as a "profit bonus" by senior leadership and spun as a PR campaign in the form of highly taxed bonuses to the entry level employees while senior leadership gets the real high dollar bonuses.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
