Pros

Working hours for people in the shop and rotating weekends off.

Cons

Medical benefit options are expensive, 401k match amount is a joke. Techs expected to complete 6 or 7 windshield replacements every day with 2 to 3 hours of drive time in 9 hour shifts. Unreasonable expectations for technicians and leadership training is non-existent. Zero development for your next role and no one cares what your contribution is, hiring outside the company instead of promoting from within. Every shop, every district, every region is run differently. A lot of gray area in SOPs.

Pros

The fact that they will teach you and train you to install Auto Glass? Cannot answer this truthfully

Cons

I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
