      Pros

      They give decent opportunities if you make it to that level .

      Cons

      Without a doubt is the fact that all a technician is to them is a number on paper and nothing more . Corporate has no prior experience in the service industry and will work you into the ground and tell you to get up . If you try to state your value they will just dismiss it as being insubordinate and look for a replacement.

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Cons

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
