Pros

Ha. None. Use to be a decent company but they gave up on decency.

Cons

This company favors nepotism and bad managers/employees. They spend all their time putting out fires instead of preventing them. They promise full training but then only train on windshields, the rest of the glass you're left to use YouTube to try and figure it out on your own; you're also punished if you screw it up. They lure you in with high pay but after training they're unrealistic expectations make the pay no where near worth it. There are no bonus programs anymore, no incentives to perform at high levels, and the benefits have been slashed worse than the girl from Scream. There is no work life balance unless you're one of the favorites. There is no culture, only a demand for integrity that the company itself doesn't even meet. They claim they want leaders but really they want yes men. And I do mean men. Oh they'll hire women and promote just enough so they look like they aren't sexist but women are extremely under valued and underpaid. At least when Feeny was CEO there were some perks to this company. Renee has completely ruined the handful of decent things that did make this company worth selling your body for.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
