Attendance policy sucks. If you have internet issues or if you're on hold with IT for more than 45 minutes, you are required to call the call off line. It still counts against you, even if it's no fault of your own. No sick days, and any PTO has to be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
Then there's the calls. You're required to do everything you can to get them scheduled, even after they say no. The bar for wiper sales is pretty low, but it's still not easy selling them for $70 for a set (when they're only about $16 for employees).
Most of management is cliquey, condescending, and play favorites with their teams. JC I had threatened termination on more than one occasion, for various reasons, mainly low sales.
