Pros

Work from home, benefits, 7 hour shifts.

Cons

The way they want you to sell wipers and then commission on the wipers and other products is insane. They want you to push the products even if the customer already stated they had it. They also want you to force the customer into schedule appointments with the company even if the customer is not a 100% sure if they are wanting to use Safelite and the customers see right through it. Which makes the customer frustrated. Especially, when they are only looking for a quote and spoke w/ other companies and they didn't felt force.

Pros

Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

Cons

Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
