It was okay until the current ceo took over and forced techs to sell overpriced wipers or be fired/demoted (conveniently they removed this after most real senior and master technicians who earned it by merit left the company for better opportunities.
The company will overwork you to the bone with mandatory overtime 6 days
Store management is underpaid and normally doesn't care about techs and a lot of times have no glass experience (hired from off the street)
Your pay may go up or down every 6 months based on things out of your control (bad reviews that have nothing to do with the installation or you at all for one small example)
The company is profit over people from the top down and even steers insurance customers on the insurance side of the company which they lobby the government to keep control of the glass claims industry
