      You work you get paid.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is horrible. Dispatch dont care about how much work get put on techs. Will over schedule knowing all jobs cant get done but expect techs to make calls to cancel jobs while working on vehicles. All off this is for the people who work on the road. Getting a raise is possible but need to break your back so good luck.

      Pros

      Tons of extra overtime pay, opportunity for your pay to change by 5 or 10 percent in either direction twice a year, completely free from corporate communication, bonuses will be held and never paid out so you dont have to worry about saving it yourself! Cheers to the belron "thank you" (more like a belron "screw you") they gave us years ago and I never saw a dime of before I left.

      Cons

      Surprise! Six day weeks. Maybe 7 we dont know. Whoops all loaned out to other shops, little to no warning or planning You dont matter to anyone in your chain of command They want you to feel like you can talk to them.. but not to actually do it. No follow up from management, everything is out of their hands and yadda yadda yadda
