Low pay with the excuse of "we are a small company and can't pay like the big ones". Vindictive executive leadership that are only out to benefit themselves. For every person that is promoted, oddly enough someone else is demoted or fired. There is a big rift between sales and operations. The squeakiest wheel gets the oil regardless of the reasoning. C-levels allow the lower executive leadership members to run the show. The culture has taken a complete nose-dive over the last year and new client opportunities are few and very far between. Executive leadership thrives on gossip and talks about associates' personal lives constantly. Favoritism runs rampant through the office. If you are a favorite, you've got it made.
