Pros

Genuine co-workers. If you get in good with the right people, you can grow your career quickly.

Cons

Low pay with the excuse of "we are a small company and can't pay like the big ones". Vindictive executive leadership that are only out to benefit themselves. For every person that is promoted, oddly enough someone else is demoted or fired. There is a big rift between sales and operations. The squeakiest wheel gets the oil regardless of the reasoning. C-levels allow the lower executive leadership members to run the show. The culture has taken a complete nose-dive over the last year and new client opportunities are few and very far between. Executive leadership thrives on gossip and talks about associates' personal lives constantly. Favoritism runs rampant through the office. If you are a favorite, you've got it made. If not, get read to be thrown under the bus for anything and everything that goes wrong.

Pros

I obtained lots of useful experience here due to me having to wear multiple hats when more than half of my team decided to resign in less than a year.

Cons

- Pay is not competitive - Managers aren't leaders, there's only two real managers at this company - Lack of resources to your job - No job training - No work/life balance, you will never hear this term EVER at this company - High turnover, everyone hates their job - Company isn't innovative and will quickly lose business to other competitors - Toxic culture, lots of drama and gossip going on in the office If you're a millennial or Gen Z, this place isn't for you. Your soul will quickly diminish as time passes. Save yourself so you won't have to be on Zoloft.
