      - Nice people - Interesting projects - Very hands-on work - I only work 8 hour days - Opportunity to have them put you through a master's program (must work for the company for 5 years after completion or you have to pay for it yourself)

      Cons

      - Below-average pay with weak raises - Weak/basic benefits - No vacation days for your first year of work. After that, you get 2 weeks, with an additional week for every 5 years

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
