      I love working here. New things daily,challenging and rewarding. Keeps Me on my toes and I am constantly innovation and evolving.

      Cons

      Very time consuming, impromptu schedules. Long hours.no extra pay for over time. It could be better and more professional

      Pros

      Most of my carrier at Sahara was very positive. Very honest and fair commercial contractor with long term clientele. Good relationship with coworkers from upper management to field staff.

      Cons

      Best projects were negotiated contracts. Not very good at obtaining work through the competitive bid process. Eventually had to lay off all field and office staff due to bad projects.
