Cons
- Sales upper management & leadership is an absolute nightmare. They preach trust but micromanage the hell out of you. (next bullet might explain why) - CEO preaches progress over perfection but will scold you for making any mistakes from the moment you start. - For example, AE's have to get certified by said CEO before you can begin working your book of business. It usually takes 3-4 times before he certifies an AE which could take up to a month because he will reach out last minute to reschedule and not have any availability until the following week at the earliest.... While this is all going on, you will still be responsible for hitting your ramped monthly OTE and they will put you on a plan if you don't hit it... even though you cannot be customer facing until you get certified, as I explained earlier. - Horrible base salary for the sales team compared to other companies in the market. To add on, the OTE numbers are absolutely absurd and unrealistic.
