- not payed enough for all the work we do, you're better off working at HEB were they pay better.. i was a sales employee but i did in many ways what an assistant manager did. - the pay raise isnt great. -unrealistic expectations and goals - not up to date _-High Management doesnt care all the work you put in. They only care about sales, theft , and watching that you dont mess up. -in my area we have the rudest customers
