      Employee merchandise sales (twice a year), promote from within, nice campus

      Cons

      No respect from upper management, terrible benefits (vacation & time off), no flexibility in work schedule, Salaries run about 10-20K under market, incompetent management, no strategic vision

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
