Pros

Even after just nine months as an Operations Assistant, I feel like a valued member of the team thanks to Saltroad’s inclusive culture where management shows genuine respect for all staff and actively integrates our opinions into how the company operates.

Cons

Nothing to report, just looking forward to seeing how we continue to grow.

Pros

Flexibility of working, supportive team, platform features that are constantly improving and evolving to acquire, book and manage clients (including place for treatment notes), tech support, timely payments and ability to set own rates of pay.

Cons

Competition for work especially for online clients, however you can be proactive in responding as soon as possible to advertised jobs.

Pros

Saltroad allows me to manage my own private caseload alongside my full time NHS role. I get to decide how big my caseload is, the clinical areas, and in locations I choose. Always improving the service, I started off with Saltroad from the beginning and we always have new services and improvements offered to us, including CPD, peer groups, AI initiatives. Consistent timing for being paid. Team on hand for support and answering questions almost instantly! Selena and Debbie have always responded to me so quickly and helped me when needed.

Cons

I honestly have no cons for working with SALTROAD. I am grateful to be apart of them.
