      Pros

      Really lovely people and company. They look to help when they can. Payments are on time. Always trying to add more and innovate.

      Cons

      Due to being national company, work can be thin on the ground locally.

      Thanks so much to take the time to share your experience :) We tend to find that demand naturally fluctuates up and down in different areas throughout the year. But we do have some plans in place to try to better balance referrals against the number of active therapists we have in specific locations, so hopefully we should see some improvements here over the coming months.

      Pros

      Flexibility of working, supportive team, platform features that are constantly improving and evolving to acquire, book and manage clients (including place for treatment notes), tech support, timely payments and ability to set own rates of pay.

      Cons

      Competition for work especially for online clients, however you can be proactive in responding as soon as possible to advertised jobs.

      Flexible hours and caseload, lots of support on hand and some CPD opportunities

      Cons

      Difficult to get assigned clients online as lots of therapists show interest in these sessions

      Thanks for sharing. The online issue is a wider market issue rather than a Saltroad specific one - most families want F2F support.
