Toxic environment with overwhelming workload and poor management - Office Support Santa Rosa City Schools Employee Review

My experience working there was very crazy. It was very because the workload is overwhelming and they let records sit in boxes because you have to do so data work. The staff yells at you because of workload. The people there have no critical thinking skills. They let people work there that take two hour coffee breaks and employee that one works one day a month.
