      Toxic environment with overwhelming workload and poor management

      There is nothing positive to say about this district.

      Cons

      My experience working there was very crazy. It was very because the workload is overwhelming and they let records sit in boxes because you have to do so data work. The staff yells at you because of workload. The people there have no critical thinking skills. They let people work there that take two hour coffee breaks and employee that one works one day a month.

      I had great colleagues, and some of the site based admin were very talented. The union is strong, relative to other local teachers' unions.

      They are in a financial crisis of their own making.
