Pros
You must get good friend(s) in SSPL. Infrastructure is quite good. Good Projects. You can learn a lot. Organised with process.
Cons
No one is there to listen your problems/worries. HR department has no rights for anything whether its an employee issue or management issue. Terrible in the case of leaves. There are 12 leaves...how is it come...let me explain ..1 each month after your 6months of probation. No leaves allocated in the probation time span. Alternative Saturdays off.. frequently changing as per the company discussion..some times its 1st and 3rd sat off...sometimes 2nd and 3rd..sometimes 2nd and 4th... No flexi timing provision...if you are late by 1min...you need to detain for 40mins to fill the 1 min gap. You need to follow the rules of the comapny...basically its a dayboarding school..you work like a labour but you don't have freedom to laugh or to be happy in the premises. If you seem to be happy make sense that you don't have work and you are wasting your time. No fix rule for increment. If company wants then they will decide to give otherwise you need to bang your head for your increment. Almost projects are in maintenance stage.so scope of learning is decreasing. If you are good in OK SIR,YES SIR then this is the best place to work having zero expectation. You must keep distance from Internal Politics...When you feel like now you are good to go,someone will come and pull your leg badly...And you are again at the scratch stage.
