Pros

Only Good Infrastructure..... and don't attract by it otherwise ur career wil be spoiled.

Cons

1) It feels like u are in school again actually worse than school atleast u are not under surveillance in school. 2)Some employees are always free and some are always busy and they have to work overtime each and everyday. 3)Some team and teamleaders are monsters. they give you that amount of work that you feel it is better to stay at home and it is better to do housewife job. So much mentle pressure. 4)Just forget your personal life. 5)they keep their eyes on how much time u spend in washroom and if it is more than 5 minutes in case then they mail this to ur teamleader and ur teamleader will scold u like u have no self-respect.(PS:-If ur teamleader is fool). 6). u are not allowed to eat anything or drink tea or coffee except ur lunch and tea break. 7)No heirarchy maintain , so some jealous kind of seniors will not let u go to home even if u have no work bcoz they jealous of u that u have completed ur work bt they couldn't so if they can't go home on time they will also make u sit. 8). And last but not the least u appointed as programmer here, don't think that u r only programmer, u r designer, analysit, implementer, tester everything...........

Pros

Same frustrated colleagues and good infrastructure only. Good infrastructure management. You will never miss your school again It's sspl sarjen school private ltd

Cons

cons and cons only. 1. if you really want learn something dont join here 2. I joined there as a trainee with a bond of two years.  I lost opportunities for the three times as i sinned  bond. 3. Suddenly one evening HR department called and tell me in very polished language that you are being separated from the company please dont come from tomorrow. 4.They are more interested in office decorum rather than  humanity.employee is not allow to laugh not allow to go to wash rooms and even they dont allow to take tea or coffee. 5. they dont have defined hierarchy employee is always confused to whom they are reporting 6. They  appointed senior guys from another background  to evaluate those things which are not their cup of tea 7. They have their so called client they bark on you abuse you any point of time and put all the blame for failure of project 8. they make u sit ideal and will say what you did in last few days  9. one last suggestion if you are lady and married  and want join this company dont do this its better to grow up your kid nicely. and if u are male and want to join please don do this its better to open a tea stall 10. They are not focused

Pros

You must get good friend(s) in SSPL. Infrastructure is quite good. Good Projects. You can learn a lot. Organised with process.

Cons

No one is there to listen your problems/worries. HR department has no rights for anything whether its an employee issue or management issue. Terrible in the case of leaves. There are 12 leaves...how is it come...let me explain ..1 each month after your 6months of probation. No leaves allocated in the probation time span. Alternative Saturdays off.. frequently changing as per the company discussion..some times its 1st and 3rd sat off...sometimes 2nd and 3rd..sometimes 2nd and 4th... No flexi timing provision...if you are late by 1min...you need to detain for 40mins to fill the 1 min gap. You need to follow the rules of the comapny...basically its a dayboarding school..you work like a labour but you don't have freedom to laugh or to be happy in the premises. If you seem to be happy make sense that you don't have work and you are wasting your time. No fix rule for increment. If company wants then they will decide to give otherwise you need to bang your head for your increment. Almost projects are in maintenance stage.so scope of learning is decreasing. If you are good in OK SIR,YES SIR then this is the best place to work having zero expectation. You must keep distance from Internal Politics...When you feel like now you are good to go,someone will come and pull your leg badly...And you are again at the scratch stage.
