All Higher Management is bound by only one rule .. Show Profits for each Quarter .. Do Anything Let employees leave the company doesn't matter .. Nothing else Matters. No long term goals, no planning. Doesn't care of Employee Satisfaction. All they need is profits to show and I doubt how they are showing actual numbers each quarter ... I hope not same as Satyam Computers. No Manager keeps their word or stand on a word. All are Thieves. Just hanging around to eat the company but never have any plans to improvise the results. All Questions will be hated. No Positive attitude in the Middle/Sr Management. Rajiv needs to step down and move on. He only knows one thing now. Just talk non-stop. I hope he knows what he is talking. He avoids questions and confuses people with his useless talks. I hope new CEO can do something. But CFO is just another parasite on the company. God knows what our CTO does.
