Pros
Best company to start the career. Lots of training program, good environment and work culture.
Cons
Higher management unable to bring the projects, still they are getting good ratings, hikes and compensations. Especially HR ppls, they just roam here and there, conduct some events, enjoy and at last they are getting even promotions. One reason of not firing HRs may be they are from long time with the company, but company will not think this while firing an engineer. As HRs are skilled in flattery ;) policies are made by HRs, so they are in favor of them not as employee satisfaction. so recently lots of policy changes and firing of employees. Sasken losing its glory because of there poor management.
