Pros
· Management are friendly and on your level but also push you to reach personal targets made in yearly reviews.
· Management are part of the team and are hands on
· Large office with great views, kitchen in the C4Di
· Ability to work fully remote or at the office
· Private healthcare incentives
· For a team of plus 30, the fun but professional culture is the same.
· Great internal processes to make sure projects and workload are not taken home.
· Great range of nationwide/international clients in different sectors
· The more you put in the more you get out
· Semi flexible in terms of hours to work around you
Cons
· As the roles are quite specialist in some areas you may not have the ability to climb roles, however in other areas you can - so perhaps unbalanced in that respect
· Not as competitive in pay as other areas of the country say in Leeds, Manchester and London, but this is a generally something that plagues Hull based companies as a whole.
· Parking is limited
· Commuting is not ideal, as it's in the city centre and Hull is one big choke point
