      Pros

      Incredibly transparent, the 4 directors are very easy to talk to, always open to discussion. Hierarchy feels almost flat. A great place to learn agile methodologies and development best practices. Really great culture with lots of activities and meet ups. Work from home welcome with only a quarterly get together as mandatory.

      Cons

      Hard to specialise in any area of development as you can be on several projects in the same year all with differing stacks. They’ll struggle to compete with the spike in job markets offering very competitive salaries, not necessarily their fault given the size and age of the company, otherwise a fantastic place to work.

      Pros

      · Management are friendly and on your level but also push you to reach personal targets made in yearly reviews. · Management are part of the team and are hands on · Large office with great views, kitchen in the C4Di · Ability to work fully remote or at the office · Private healthcare incentives · For a team of plus 30, the fun but professional culture is the same. · Great internal processes to make sure projects and workload are not taken home. · Great range of nationwide/international clients in different sectors · The more you put in the more you get out · Semi flexible in terms of hours to work around you

      Cons

      · As the roles are quite specialist in some areas you may not have the ability to climb roles, however in other areas you can - so perhaps unbalanced in that respect · Not as competitive in pay as other areas of the country say in Leeds, Manchester and London, but this is a generally something that plagues Hull based companies as a whole. · Parking is limited · Commuting is not ideal, as it's in the city centre and Hull is one big choke point
