managers don't care about their employees no comunication or organization among managers in the store managers don't listen to team members, don't even listen to supervisors or other managers managers who are never in the store to see how busy it gets are the one cutting hours making it impossible to run the store. managers are lazy and never leave the office. Never want to close the store never want to be the only manager on duty. Put everything on supervisors or other team members. unrealistic expectations for production (ridiculous goals), usually not enough people working to make numbers and roll products out slackers don't get punished and hard workers just get more work assigned to them CDC, recyclers and truck unloaders are overworked and always understaffed
