      A lot of pressure.

      Pros

      From my experience so far I can't actually think of any good points. The people I work with are brilliant but the training is poor. DVD's are shown as part of your training and then you're expected to know everything.

      Cons

      The company is highly suspicious of employees, targets to meet and not to fall below the line. Targets on baskets to hand out? Sales after Service is a nightmare - 4/5 products to choose to offer to every person or you're in trouble!

      If you stand up for yourself can be an easy company to work for Met some good people Easy to move up in

      Cons

      Constant hassling of selling sas with ridiculous targets Horrific conditions to work in during the summer as there's no air con Terrible pay Ridiculous expectations of how much you should get done with little to no staff If you work for this company make sure you stand up for yourself and say no when you dont want to do something otherwise the management and higher ups will walk all over you and treat you like crap

      They usually use you, I only ever got the shifts no one else wanted other than that I didn't get work. General dogs body usually, manager wasn't consistent, only judged you never guided you
