Pros
From my experience so far I can't actually think of any good points. The people I work with are brilliant but the training is poor. DVD's are shown as part of your training and then you're expected to know everything.
Cons
The company is highly suspicious of employees, targets to meet and not to fall below the line. Targets on baskets to hand out? Sales after Service is a nightmare - 4/5 products to choose to offer to every person or you're in trouble!
