Do you dont have good space for writing,making notes for students and putting some reading material. The chat box in not suitable for that, so you should make some space on the right form the slide for teachers to paste or write some notes for students. This would be great ,especially for better students. We can paste some grammar notes, explanation for words, and we can write our questions for students. Students are not focusing on chat box,mostly because it is to small. Also you need some space where pictures can be imported, showing some extra pictures would be great in case of getting some extra time, or more detailed explanations especially for younger students. Teacher support is slow on answering and helping, i can not relay on them if something is emergent. Also big problem is taking days off, for sickness , free holiday , family problems and so on...if teacher has running homeroom, he can take mostly few days off without getting big penalties and losing homerooms. And that is the problem for someone who is working every day for a longer period of time. He can get burned up from working and in that moment he needs time off, which he can not get. Some lesson materials are very bad, to easy and short, especially for younger students,and lvl 0. The problem is when you have a good student who can learn very fast, so the lesson material become very easy and not challenging for him, he will drop out, because there is not much for him to learn. There must me upgrade system for good students, there is no need for good students to stay on the same level for 1 year and more. Also there are some groups where you have students which are not the same level of knowledge ,and those classes can be very hard for the teachers, and in the end nobody will be fully satisfied. I think there should me more levels ,especially there is big difference between lvl 0 and lvl 1,for some students. Adding writing space,for note, text and place for importing pictures would help a lot, and that is something you must make. That would help with bad ,boring and short lessons. And teacher could add some material for better students to practice. It would be also very good for making grammar notes, and giving homework
