racism and favouritism- they have many Swedish directors(4 out of 6) that are given preferential treatment your salary is determined by your race- Swedes are paid much more than Kenyans hostile corporate culture no growth and career development- executive positions are reserved only for Swedes Have no pension or other employee benefits Too much corporate politics Draconian HR boss and policies can easily be fired if a Swedish boss does not like you bring Swedish workforce for jobs that locals can do
