      good company facilities and benefits. creative and open work environment possibility to take up other positions within the company good management

      Cons

      too swedish things get difficult unless you learn to speak swedish not competitive entry level salary boring town unless you are not willing to commute from stockholm

      Work environment and culture are great. Work and life balance is very good as well. Low pressure environment. Stable company, offers great stability for the employee.
