Very friendly people who get along and work hard and do the right thing. Great benefits, including flexible hours and retirement benefits. Matt and Scott regularly celebrate successes with clients and internally with Buddy Bucks, Core Value awards, etc. It's a well managed business and will continue to do well and be stable - that's important to me because it gives me confidence in the future here and not all small businesses offer that.

Communication is good, but sometimes goals are not connected to what I need to do. Some employees can be negative about little things and that drags others down.

People who work there are nice, good team atmosphere, helpful. Flex time provided. Employees rewarded for core value award and "buddy bucks" when nominated by other employees. Pretty good benefits for a small company that size. Yearly holiday party.

People get fired frequently with little or no warning. Almost 100% turnover in last few years. But there are also people who have worked here for years. Employees are seen by management as expendable. Advice to anyone considering working here: If you already have a good job in the insurance biz do not come here. There's a good chance you won't last. If you don't already have a good job this is not a bad company overall in terms of benefits, and employees are nice.
