      Pros

      Good benefits and stable schedule. Work life balance is good, and the people that work there (for the most part) are very caring.

      Cons

      Very clique-y, management has awful communication, lots of unprofessional bad-mouthing of employees (from management), and will not fairly accommodate disabilities. Passive-agressive behavior is very common.

      Pros

      Very friendly people who get along and work hard and do the right thing. Great benefits, including flexible hours and retirement benefits. Matt and Scott regularly celebrate successes with clients and internally with Buddy Bucks, Core Value awards, etc. It's a well managed business and will continue to do well and be stable - that's important to me because it gives me confidence in the future here and not all small businesses offer that.

      Cons

      Communication is good, but sometimes goals are not connected to what I need to do. Some employees can be negative about little things and that drags others down.
