I had a great learning experience in this role. The organization encouraged employees to build new skills and showcase their work. I was able to improve my skills in Excel automation, reporting, and research, which helped me grow professionally. I also had the opportunity to automate daily recruitment reports and support management with weekly and monthly performance reports. This gave me good exposure to data analysis and process improvement. The management team was flexible and understanding, especially during personal emergencies, which created a supportive environment
Cons
Sometimes, extra tasks were given that were not part of the original job role. Many of these tasks came at the last minute, which could feel stressful and overwhelming. It was sometimes difficult to manage everything at the same time. The company could improve this by automating email tasks, buying an email marketing tool, or hiring an email marketing expert to handle these responsibilities properly.
