      None. Avoid this company if possible. It is just another body shop

      Their predatory contract forces you to pay a month's worth of salary if you leave within 6 months. If you find yourself in this situation, contact Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP). This clause in not enforceable and you can certainly contest it.
